Dan Baucum (Tax Law) – As a tax and business attorney for more than 40 years with extensive private practice and government experience, Baucum represents entrepreneurs and investors in tax planning, business matters and federal tax disputes. He also advises legal and accounting professionals on federal tax matters and IRS practice. Baucum is the newly elected tax chairman of the State Bar of Texas, a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, and an associate professor of law at the State Bar of Texas from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and Baylor Law School. He is also a four-time Best Lawyers in America awardee.

Kelly Kubasta (Commercial Litigation – Intellectual Property) – As the co-leader of FBFK’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, Kubasta focuses on a wide range of intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent, trademark and trade dress litigation and licensing. He has extensive litigation experience and advises both plaintiffs and defendants in federal courts – both in litigation and on appeal – as well as in Texas state court. Richard L. Spencer (Real Estate Law) – Spencer has been recognized as America’s premier attorney for 11 years and is triple certified in real estate law. Kenn W. Webb (Corporate Law) – With more than 35 years of experience in business law, Webb has represented companies from industry leaders to start-ups in many industries. His expertise includes securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, SEC filings and a variety of commercial contracts and other corporate law matters, as well as corporate governance and company formation and financing matters. A four-year recipient of The Best Lawyers in America, Webb is also active in the community, serving on the boards of several nonprofit organizations, and previously chairing the Dallas City Homeless Commission and president of the Council on Alcohol & Drugs (now the Recovery Resource Council). Alex Parker (Real Estate Law) – With nearly 25 years of experience in real estate and transactional law, Parker has represented clients in all classes of commercial real estate, including apartment building owners, residential developers, office and industrial rental companies, and tenants of all types. Rachael Smiley (Bankruptcy and creditor law / bankruptcy and restructuring law) –
