The governor of Alabama signed law May 27th authorizing the Bullock County Tax Commissioner to collect and collect an administration fee on the sale of property tax for property tax purposes. The law includes measures: 1) Authorize the Commissioner to collect and collect an additional $ 25 fee from a party securing the redemption of property from tax sales; and 2) an indication that the fee is in addition to other costs and fees due and must be paid prior to the completion of the repayment.
