The award goes to the native contractor, legal professional certification, new hires

Ryan Perrone, the owner and co-founder of Sarasota-based luxury construction company Nautilus Homes, has been selected as the 2020 National Association of Home Builders Young Professionals Award winner for the southeastern US and Puerto Rico region.

The National Association of Home Builders is the nation’s premier trade association for home builders, developers, and contractors.

The NAHB designed this award to recognize the hard work, achievements, dedication and outstanding potential of young professionals who are becoming leaders in the housing industry.

Only 15 finalists were selected for this award across the United States.

The Young Professionals Award is the latest in a series of Perrones professional honors and press recognitions.

In 2020 alone, he was listed on Pro Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40 list. Perrone also received the NAHB Nationals Award for Best Interior Design over $ 2 million, the Best in American Living Award for the best design detail, and the Best In American Living Award for the best custom house ranging from 4,001 to 5,000 square feet.

Sarasota attorney David P. Johnson earned Florida Bar Board Certification as an Expert and upgraded Board certification attorney recognition for 25 consecutive years

Johnson was first certified for tax purposes in 1995 and wills, trusts and estates in 1996.

Board certified attorneys have met the Florida Bar’s highest standards of specific knowledge, skills and abilities in various areas of law, as well as professionalism and ethics in legal practice.

Johnson is also a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Accountant.

Four new members have been elected to the JoshProvides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Howell

Redding Construction Group, a Sarasota-based contractor formerly known as Imagine Design and Remodel, has hired an assistant project coordinator.

Tabitha Howell will be responsible for coordinating construction projects and is expected to grow with the business.

Howell, who recently moved to Florida from Georgia, has prior experience in the healthcare and retail industries.

Fellowship-trained orthopedist and shoulder and elbow specialist DR. R. Stephen Otte, of Coastal Orthopedics, recently served as the on-site doctor for the PGA Tour 2021 Working Day World Championship at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton.

Otte took care of acute injuries or illnesses of the players, employees, caddies or spectators of the tournament. He also assisted the medical and training teams as an additional resource for orthopedic medical matters.

During that week, he continued to visit his patients and perform operations. Coastal Orthopedics doctors have worked with sports teams, sports organizations and high school teams across the region.

The home helpers for Bradenton, a senior home care agency in Manatee County, promoted two employees in the first quarter of 2021.

Daphne Cardona was promoted from Nursing Coordinator to Community Liaison at Home Helpers. Your primary responsibility is developing and maintaining relationships / partnerships within the community and promoting the agency’s services.

Before Cardona came to Home Helpers, he owned a marketing company. She is also versed in geriatric care, a licensed certified nursing assistant, and has over 10 years of experience in assisted living, private nursing and nursing homes where she has served as an activity leader.

Cardona also looked after her aging grandparents with dementia.

Christina Nall was promoted to care coordinator. Your main responsibility is to create and maintain schedules for office and field staff as well as for customers.

Before that, she worked as a carer for home helpers for several years. Nall has a long history as one of the agency’s most extraordinary employees.

Erik Grensko was promoted to body shop manager at Gettel Toyota in Bradenton.

Grensko joined the company nine years ago and worked there as a body construction appraiser.

The previous body shop manager was Mark Kirmanwho retired in January 2021 after 10 years of retirement.
